Our world is undergoing profound social, technological, political, and environmental transformation. By 2040, human services will operate in societies shaped by demographic change, digitalization, climate challenges, shifting health needs, and evolving democratic structures. 

What is the situation today in different countries? What do we want human services and societies to look like in 2040? Where do we see common expectations – and where do country differences matter? And most importantly: What actions do we need to take today to move toward this future? 

For students: To receive credits, you will join an international and interdisciplinary team and actively participate in the collaborative project work.
